1. Refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving to ensure cake stays chilled & maintains its shape. 2. Sheet cake is 12” x 18” and 4.5” high and is 2 layers of cake with icing between. 3. Cut in wedding cake size portions: 4.5” high x 2” long x 1” wide 4. Icing swirls are approximately 1” wide. Slice the cake along the swirls first, and then slice off 2” portions. 5. Each cake should be cut in approximately 108 pieces.
